Whether it was an excellent year or a challenging one, there is some part of you that would love to be acknowledged and celebrated.
It’s easy to skip over things we’ve done or who we’ve been or to focus on the things that didn’t go our way. We’re often ready to move on to the next things and disregard some of the things that we have done or gone through that really define who we are.
This week, pay attention to those qualities in you that allow you to be the person you want to be – that good friend, supportive partner, friend, parent, child, sibling.
What is it that others appreciate about you? And what do you appreciate about you? Is it compassion, creativity, playfulness, love, curiosity – the fact that you never give up, or that you are always ready to listen or that you’re always ready to learn something new or….?
Whatever your answer/s take some time this week to notice those qualities of You that make you who you are – those qualities that you might take for granted or don’t even notice because they seem so natural. Give those beautiful qualities and beautiful You some attention this week and Celebrate them. Celebrate You!
